The demo and resource forms ask for your name, work email, agency name, and management system. We also receive the content of email you send us.
Please use the marketing forms for contact details and your request. Arrange an appropriate method with us before sharing customer records, carrier statements, payment credentials, health information, or other sensitive agency data.
Contractor inquiries and requested introductions
When you email getbonded@evenpenny.com, we receive your email address and the company, job, and contact information you choose to include.
We use these details to review your inquiry and respond with a next step. We may share your details with a surety agency only to make the referral you asked for. This does not authorize unrelated marketing or automatic distribution of your information to multiple agencies.
Please do not email financial statements, Social Security numbers, credit reports, bank details, signed indemnity agreements, or other sensitive records to request an introduction. If an agency needs documents, arrange an appropriate delivery method with it. Follow-up and any agency introduction are handled by a person.

We delete demo, resource, and contractor inquiry leads after 24 months of no contact. Requests to delete your information are handled sooner when applicable. Records needed for a legal obligation or unresolved matter may be retained for that purpose.
